Shoot the crystal to disable the Gamma Trench outside of Cyberspace and then make a beeline for the exit on the opposite side of the chamber. Take them all out and continue following the path to find a green crystal in a large chamber. They'll lead you into an ambush, with several purple drones attacking you in a small arena. When the enemies are dead, use the tunnels on the opposite side of the room. Keep battling and don't forget to heal when needed, searching the floor near the tunnel you entered through for spare health kits. You'll face several waves of enemies here, so be cautious and use the terrain as cover. At the end of the path, you'll be slingshotted through to a giant chamber. You'll face blue, purple and green foes here, so try to avoid getting caught on the tricky architecture and keep shooting. Navigate through the twisting tunnel ahead, gunning down any enemies that spawn from the walls. Take out the two enemies that spawn here then angle the camera up and move through the hole in the ceiling. When you boot into Cyberspace, you'll arrive in a small chamber. It's time to head back to the digital realm. It'll take you to a small lab with a Cyberspace Terminal inside. Take out the two Humanoid Mutants you find inside and then make a dash to the door directly opposite where you entered. When you arrive at Gamma, take a right and enter the irradiated room at the end of the corridor. It can be found in the Gamma Quadrant, which is accessed using the corridor the cursor is facing towards on the map below.
